In the second paragraph, the Primary Keyword and Tier 1 Keyword are only required once. Tier 2 Keywords may be sprinkled throughout the entire page.

The third paragraph and following paragraphs will contain the Primary Keyword and Tier 1 Keyword once per paragraph. It's that simple!
